Revenge never dies.
A recent poll conducted by CNN revealed that one third of the people believed in ghosts, and that many of those claim they’ve seen one. At the same time, interest in spirit photography - events in which images of the dead are caught on film - has never been higher. The phenomenon is as old as photography itself, dating back to the 1860s. Spirit photography has been riddled with controversy and fraud, yet many believe it to be one of the few methods of capturing ghostly phenomenon that approaches scientific methodology. Magazines devoted to spirit photography proliferate throughout Asia, and new internet sites devoted to the subject spring up every day. New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art recently hosted an exhibit devoted to spirit photography, called "The Perfect Medium: Photography and the Occult." This intriguing and foreboding subject is a key element of the psychological thriller "Shutter", from executive producers of "The Grudge" and "The Ring." In "Shutter", a newly married couple discovers disturbing, ghostly images in photographs they develop after a tragic accident. Fearing the manifestations may be connected, they investigate, only to learn that some mysteries are better left unsolved - and that a past mistake can lead to an eternity of vengeance.

Evil has a destiny
Inspired by Carpenter’s 1978 original and his theme that "evil can appear in even the smallest of towns," Rob Zombie "Halloween" focuses on the early years of young Michael Myers and the events leading up to his fateful Halloween night murder rampage in the quiet town of Haddonfield, Illinois. Following that brutal night, Michael begins 17 years of incarceration at the Smith’s Grove Sanitarium maximum-security mental facility where he is treated by noted child behaviorist Dr. Samuel Loomis - the only person who can truly understand Michael’s evil nature.
Now, 17 years later, Michael escapes from the mental facility on Halloween day and begins a murderous trek back to Haddonfield to continue his killing streak and seek resolution to events from his past.
In Haddonfield, Michael begins stalking a high school girl, Laurie Strode, and her friends, Annie and Lynda. When Dr. Loomis, now a successful author for his book on Michael, hears of his escape, he enlists the help of Haddonfield’s Sheriff Brackett to find and put an end to Michael’s reign of terror.

There is evidence to suggest that children are highly susceptible to paranormal phenomena. They see what adults cannot. They believe what adults deny. And they are trying to warn us.
Nothing is what it seems on the Solomon farm.
What goes bump in the night happens by day. Tranquility is the haven for terror. And the harbingers of doom are gravely underestimated.
In THE MESSENGERS, a thriller starring KRISTEN STEWART as Jess, DYLAN McDERMOTT and PENELOPE ANN MILLER as Jess’ parents Roy and Denise Solomon and JOHN CORBETT as field hand John Burwell, the Solomon family has left the fast paced life of Chicago for the secluded world of a North Dakota farm.
